Valentine’s Dinner

Join us for a Celebration of Love, with our 3-course dinner created by Chef Ryan Howell.

Dinner will take place Monday, February 14th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

FIRST

Fried Brussels with spiced maple glaze, cider cream, asiago

Grilled Caesar Salad with romaine hearts, creamy dressing, smoked bacon, asiago

Crispy Pork Belly with chipotle peach BBQ sauce, half popped popcorn

Fire Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with brown butter, spiced toasted seed crackers

SECOND

All protein comes with the choice of two sides

Crispy Arctic Char and Coal Roasted Scallop served on a white BBQ sauce

Rotisserie Signature Chicken served with Smokey chicken dripping jus

Half Pork Back Ribs basted with WT whiskey apple BBQ sauce

Coal Smoked 6oz Rib Eye served with a peppercorn sauce & horseradish ($10 surcharge)
